Most stage lighting suppliers assemble fixtures from parts they do not control. We start from the circuit board. Since 2015, our Guangzhou factory has manufactured PCBs and PCBAs, so the electronics inside every CHNBEAM fixture are made in-house and can be traced to their source.
Our Baiyun District factory has produced circuit boards since 2015, with capability up to 20 layers and monthly capacity of [50000] m². Stage lighting runs hot, powers on and off thousands of times, and ships across the world, so board quality decides how long a fixture lasts.
Because we make the boards ourselves, you do not depend on a third-party supplier for the part most likely to fail. A good board is only the start, though. It has to be assembled and tested correctly.
We handle PCBA from schematic to finished product, covering component sourcing, SMT placement, soldering, and functional testing, with full customization supported. Every board is tested before it moves to the next stage.
When a problem appears, we can trace it to the board, the component, or the process, instead of passing responsibility between suppliers. With assembled boards under our control, we can build stable driver and control circuits on top of them.
The driver and control boards in our fixtures are produced in-house, including LED drivers, motor control, and DMX signal circuits. We tune them for continuous operation, voltage variation, and long cable runs on real stages.
For you, this means fewer flickering, signal-drop, and overheating complaints from end users. Stable electronics are what let a moving head or beam light perform night after night, which leads to the fixtures themselves.
CHNBEAM offers moving head lights, beam lights, effect lights, and smoke effect machines. Every fixture is built on the in-house boards described above, then assembled, aged, and tested before packing [72 hours].
